Mainly designed for the corrosion of acidic media such as CO2 and H2S in the gas transported by oil and gas fields, high gas pressure, and complex transportation environment. High barrier non-metallic flexible continuous composite pipe is an upgraded product of traditional flexible composite pipe. The pipe is composed of five layers of co extruded inner liner transmission layer, reinforcement layer, and outer protective layer. The inner lining of the full diameter high barrier non-metallic flexible continuous composite pipe is formed by co extrusion of heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), adhesive, and high barrier polyethylene (EVOH) in five layers; The reinforcement layer is formed by winding polyester fibers; The outer covering layer is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
